From preliminary site visits to overseeing all aspects of venue "set-up" and "day-of" needs, we can be contracted to assist prior or during your event. Party CAD Services
Let Arizona Party Rental create a Party CAD three dimensional rendering of your event through state of the art computer aided design. We can design a scaled floor plan of your event to help visualize product /equipment placement, crowd flow and spacing needs prior to the event installation. (Depending on the scope of the event, a Party CAD fee may apply).
Convention, Meeting & Festival Services
Our event professionals provide experienced direction and execution when planning trade shows, conventions, festivals and sporting events. We can create custom solutions for trade shows, conventions, and special meetings requiring backdrops, curtain walls, booths and private areas. Our versatile pipe and drape systems can accommodate specific exhibitor specifications. We can work with event managers or exhibitors to develop computer aided design (CAD) drawings for an entire show floor or specific booths.
For large scale festivals & sporting events, we provide tenting, tables, chairs, linens, stages, fencing and security services for single and multi-day events. Our team will provide schematic plans and man-power to get the job done reliably and on time, every time. Delivery/Pick-up & Event Set-up
Our staff ensures that every rental order receives five-star service; from confirmation calls to make sure your order is accurate and complete to expertly packing your rental items for delivery or customer pick-up. Need a hand in setting up? Our delivery crew is happy to assist in table & chair set-up for your event. We also offer linen, chair cover and tableware placement services and pre-event napkin wrapping. Our Experienced Staff can assist you with the costs involved for delivery & pick-up, as well as labor costs for the set-up and dismantling of rentals items and decor assistance.
Our creative event consultants can help you every step of the way, from sharing current decor trends to determining what items you need to achieve the event or wedding of your dreams. Tent Permit Acquisitions
Although not included with the Tenting/Canopy rentals, we can be contracted to obtain all necessary tent permits for events taking place in the greater Tucson area.
Note: A tent permit is needed for tents/canopies of 400 sq. ft. or larger being erected in public spaces in City and County limits.
